Nightstand
I love to read. Usually (if I am not watching reality tv) I am reading for my “mommy” time. I just got done reading 11/22/63 which is an awesome book. It is only one of the two books I have read from Stephen King (the other one is The Long Walk which is also great). His books usually aren’t my preferred genre so I read this one because my mom just raved about it.
It is about a guy who goes back in time to stop the JFK assassination. And it’s fascinating. It makes you think about the little things that you do that affect everyday life. Like how leaving just a couple of minutes later from home and keep you from being victim in a car crash. I highly recommend this book and will actually be doing a giveaway for it on my blog on March 16th to end out the Room-A-Day giveaway : )
Click here to see this book on Amazon and read the first chapter.
I am fixin’ to start reading Freedom Riders which I am really excited to read. But it’s a really long book. I will update this page after the giveaway to let you know what I think.
