Watching it Wednesday
So I have been on my diet for a week. And for a week I have failed.
Summer is so hard. It is just so much easier to grab something to eat at the mall or water park while we are on the run. And you know they don’t have the best food choices. Well, I take that back. They have Chick-fil-a at the mall. But cheese fries or pizza always beats out a salad. I do love salads but I never want them when I am on a diet.
And now the hubby is fixing to be traveling and that is going to make it so much harder. I hate cooking (because I am horrible at it). I will cook for Ryan but I need to make sure I am not eating crap for the next month or two while hubby is gone.
I have been more active and hope I get points for that. The other day we were all in the garage and I marched in place. I was sweating within about five minutes because it was almost a hundred degrees outside.
I am just going to take it day by day until Ryan goes to school on the 27th. I am hoping that I can go work out right after I drop him off every morning. And once I am really working out I will get on the eating routine. I hate working out and then eating out because it defeats the purpose. I feel like my work out is just a waste of time if I go get Mexican afterwards and eat more than my stomach can hold.
So do you have any tips for working out? Right now I need them : )!
